Mystery you listen to, not scroll past
A lot of mystery content lives on fast cuts and loud effects. Fact or Fable does the opposite. One voice tells the story, calm and unhurried, and leaves your mind room to paint the pictures.
Each story runs 6 to 10 minutes. Long enough to sink in, short enough for a train ride or the last minutes before sleep.
The twist: you decide what's real
Half the stories really happened, backed by newspaper reports, records or research papers. The other half are invented, but told just as concretely, with places, dates and details.
After each story the app asks: fact or fable? Only then do you get the reveal. So you don't just listen; you listen closely.
What you're in for
Lonely farms, lighthouses in a storm, radio calls out of nowhere, villages where everyone suddenly experiences the same thing. The stories span every continent and many decades. Eerie, but never gory.
